Purified water enters the system and fills the tube side of steam water separator and evaporator. At the same time, the industrial steam enters the shell side of the evaporator for heat exchange with the purified water in the tube side through the tube wall. The purified water is evaporated, the steam generated enters the steam water separator, and the entrained droplets are completely separated in the steam water separator. The ultrapure pyrogen free steam rises through the steam water separator and enters the shell side of the condenser. It exchanges heat with the cooling water entering the tube side of the condenser and gets water for injection through condensation.
